These Terms govern the website only. Any consulting, EPC, procurement, technology, MedTech, energy, commercial or other services supplied by Orbital Quest are governed by separate written agreements and applicable engagement terms.

Its content is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, medical, engineering, procurement, investment or other professional advice, nor does it constitute a quotation, tender, offer, promise of performance or binding commercial proposal.

Submitting an enquiry, exchanging preliminary information or using the website does not create a client, agency, partnership, fiduciary or other professional relationship. A binding relationship arises only through a separately executed agreement or other legally effective arrangement.
